Dr. Kuhn and local artist Michael Bermudez have developed a collaboration to bring to life visionary artwork inspired by neuroscience. Michael Bermudez’s art is themed by math, music, science and chaos and together with human brain imaging and recording data from Dr. Kuhn’s work, he creates paintings which bring to life the inner structure and function of the brain. Future works will involve not only painting but musical creations from converting brain data collected while people experience different emotions into songs which themselves will inspire a series of brain-emotion paintings.
